Methodology
I’m a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign who loves seeing how an idea moves from design to manufacturing. My interests span product development, process improvement, sustainable manufacturing, and entrepreneurship; especially finding smarter ways to design and build things.
01. Design & CAD
Experience with SolidWorks and Fusion 360 for parametric modeling, product development, prototyping, and design for manufacturability.
02. MANUFACTURING & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Hands-on experience with CNC machining, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to optimize production processes and reduce inefficiencies.
03. DATA & ENGINEERING ANALYSIS
Using Power BI, OEE, process data, and cycle-time analysis to identify inefficiencies, visualize performance, and drive manufacturing improvements.
